Greenpeace Seoul activists set up two giant sculptures depicting forest fires with the message ‘Protect Forests for Our Climate’ at the COEX building in Seoul, where the 15th World Forest Congress is being held.
The artwork is intended as direct action to raise awareness on the forest fires issue in the context of the climate crisis and to demand the Korean government stop its policies that promote massive forest destruction.
Greenpeace will continue to work together with communities to protect our forests and to fight against the climate crisis.
