There is not much you can do to prevent human error in nuclear power plants. This is the conclusion of a recent study, which the German Eco-Institute has done on behalf of Greenpeace. At today's press conference, Greenpeace also presented a new website on the topic. Human error in nuclear power plants is always possible, also in Switzerland - because mistakes are a natural human attribute and unavoidable. But in nuclear power plants, mistakes can take the lives of hundreds of thousands of people. Therefore this subject is often discussed behind closed doors. But now, for the first time, the Eco-Institute Darmstadt has executed a recent study with a critical vision. The result is worrying.
