Greenpeace activists unveil a wooden seahorse monument in Vlagtwedde, the hometown of Secretary of State Henk Bleker. The international Greenpeace SOS Oceans campaign is executed to pressure the politicians, especially Mr. Bleker to plead on European level for more marine reserves to secure the future of healthy seas and oceans. This year the European ministers of Fisheries start a new European fisheries policy and therefore this is the moment to take action.
