Praxedes “Baby” Embalsado, an ecological farmer in Cebu, Philippines acts in solidarity with other farmers affected by the typhoon Hagupit in Dolores, Eastern Samar by organising vegetables seeds from different areas - Bohol, Cebu and Negros - to be delivered to the typhoon-stricken area.
