Opening of the exhibition "BALI - Behind the scenes" at the Tropenmuseum in Amsterdam. The Greenpeace Plastic Monster campaign is part of this exhibition.

In de expo BALI – Behind the scenes, laat het Tropenmuseum alle kanten van het eiland Bali zie. De uitgestrekte stranden, de cultuur, maar ook de plasticproblematiek op Bali.

De plastic soep die tijdens het regenseizoen ontstaat is illustratief voor een wereldwijd probleem. In de expo zie je campagnebeelden van de Plastic Monster Ship Tour en een aantal van de monstertjes terug die gemaakt zijn door schoolkinderen uit heel Nederland.

De tentoonstelling is met medewerking van Greenpeace tot stand gekomen.
