Three short films made by an independent Taiwanese director, to highlight the problems and improper treatment faced by Distant Water Fishing workers. Several Indonesian workers were used as cast in Taiwan, and the script was developed and based on the data collected through field investigation, with the hope to reproduce the realistic situation of the fishermen and bring the message to the audience.

Taiwan's distant-water fishing generates over 40 billion NT dollars (14 billion USD) in revenue per year. About 22,550 migrant fishers work tirelessly for Taiwan at sea. Yet they are often exploited and physically abused. Safeguarding the rights of these workers is the responsibility of the Taiwan government and businesses. Let's urge the Taiwan government and businesses to take action.

台灣獨立導演拍攝了這三部短片。為了解決漁民面臨的不當對待無法重現的問題，我們在台灣選角了幾名印尼籍工作者，並根據通過實地調查收集的數據開發了一個腳本，希望能重現漁工的真實情況並引起觀眾共鳴。
