Shoot: Chaining Action against Brown Coal in Germany
GP0STO3YK
Swedish and German Greenpeace activists protest against brown coal mining on the transport rails from open pit mine Welzow Sued in Brandenburg. Near Spremberg they have chained themselves to the rails, put up a yellow cross and hung a banner from the bridge reading: "Out of brown coal". The protest is against the energy policy of the Swedish Vattenfall, who is destroying the landscape, home of people and climate by mining in the Lausitz.
