Activists dive to collect samples from the mouth of the Cogema Nuclear Reprocessing Plant discharge pipe. A baliff supervises collection of samples. Activists then take some samples in a sealed filter case to the Cogema plant & the Sous Prefecture to protest the finding of radioactive particles larger than the regulatory limit.
