Photo-op for Disposable Cups in the Japanese Cafe Industry at Shinjuku Chuo Park, Tokyo
Following the publication of our report Disposable Cups in the Japanese Cafe Industry in July 2022, Greenpeace Japan started a new petition against three largest consumers of disposable cups, Starbucks Coffee Japan, Tully’s Coffee and Pronto, asking for a reduction of single-use cups. At the photo opportunity, we held up a couple of boards showing our message and their consumption amounts.
