Rainbow Warrior in Tacloban (Noel Guevara)
Greenpeace’s most iconic ship, the Rainbow Warrior, docks in Tacloban, Eastern Visayas, the region hit hardest by super-typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) in 2013, and the last stop on the Philippine leg of its Southeast Asia ship tour. The Rainbow Warrior is in the region to support communities in pressuring governments and corporations to take immediate action on climate change. Community members are drawing attention to the fact that human rights continue to be threatened by the impacts.
