Greenpeace activists protest outside the Russian consulate in Frankfurt. Banners in different languages read: "Save the arctic" and "Free our people"! One of a number of peaceful demonstrations around the world in support of the activists and crew aboard the Greenpeace ship Arctic Sunrise, currently held by Russian authorities. Greenpeace International is in the Arctic to bear witness and express non-violent opposition towards various oil companies and their plans for destructive and reckless oil drilling. 

Um fuer den Schutz der Arktis und die Freilassung der dreissigkoepfigen Besatzung der Arctic Sunrise ein Zeichen zu setzen, protestieren Greenpeace-Aktivisten vor dem russischen Konsulat in Frankfurt. Banner in mehreren Sprachen fordern: "Save the Arctic. Lasst unsere Aktivisten frei."
