ARTWORK: Common Species of the Inner Hebrides

Plastic Waste Artworks by Mandy Barker
In the summer of 2017, artist and photographer Mandy Barker joined Greenpeace’s Beluga II Expedition visiting remote islands off the west coast of Scotland. The islands were blighted with plastic pollution. Mandy collected and sorted through the plastic packaging and created three series of fascinating compositions to support the End Ocean Plastics campaign and help deepen our understanding of this issue.
