Abandoned water tank which got contaminated by coal dust just a few meters from Indominco Mandiri coal mine operation in Santan Ilir village, and is owned by Banpu Public Company Ltd group in Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan. The company is planning to close down the river Santan because it contains large coal reserves.
