Dumai, in the Riau province on Sumatra, is the largest Palm Oil export port in Indonesia. Palm Oil plantations are linked to forest and peatland destruction. Conversion of the forest and peatlands release massive amounts of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.Das Greenpeace Schiff Rainbow Warrior wird nach drei Tagen gezwungen, die Blockade des Palmoel Frachters "MT Westma" im Hafen von Dumai aufzugeben.
