Greenpeace fordert den Minister auf, die Gifteinleitung in den Fluss zu beenden. Gestern hatte Greenpeace bekannt gemacht, dass der Chemiepark Werk gendorf bei Burgkirchen große Mengen von Perfluorierten Chemikalien (PFT) als Abwasser in die Alz leitet. Sogar im Trinkwasser der Umgebung wurden Spuren des Stoffes gefunden, der sich im Koerper anreichert und im Verdacht steht, Krebs zu erregen. Das Unternehmen Dyneon, eine Tochter des US-Chemiekonzerns 3M, hatte daraufhin bestaetigt, in Gendorf mit dieser Chemikalie zu arbeiten. Dyneon weigert sich aber, aus dem Geschaeft mit der gesundheitsschaedlichen Chemikalie auszusteigen - ein Schritt, den 3M in den den USA bereits im Jahr 2002 vollzogen hat.
