Auf einem 60 Meter langen Transparent steht „IAEA = Atomkraft = Atombomben“.Locations:Alpine Countries-Austria-Europe-ViennaCredit:© Greenpeace / Kurt PrinzMaximum size:3008px X 2000pxKeywords:Day-Fog-Greenpeace activists-Greenpeace logo-International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)-KWCI (GPI)-Men-Nuclear (campaign title)-One person-Outdoors-Props-Rear viewShoot:Action at IAEA Meeting in ViennaAt the opening of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Annual General Meeting today, Greenpeace denounced the role of the Atomic Agency in promoting nuclear power and thereby aiding the spread of nuclear weapons. Greenpeace calls on the world's governments to engage in a diplomatic process in the Middle East, instead of escalating the confrontation with Iran. Forty activists attached a 60-metre banner in front of the UN building in Vienna declaring ‘Nuclear Power = Nuclear Bombs’. A flying 6-metre long inflatable dummy nuclear bomb with 'IAEA' on it flew 30m above the IAEA venue and a nuclear missile with ‘Nuclear Power = Nuclear Bombs’ was deployed in front of the entrance.Related Collections:Action at IAEA Meeting in Vienna (Photo & Video)
