Action at Mattel HQ in California

A Greenpeace activist dressed as a "Barbie" doll is escorted by police officials from her pink "dream dozer" near the Mattel Headquarters while other activists dressed as "Ken" dolls hang a huge banner off the building. The banner depicts an angry "Ken" with a clear message to his former girlfriend: "Barbie It's Over. I Do Not Date Girls That Are Into Deforestation." Greenpeace investigators have found that the toymaker Mattel is using packaging made from Asia Pulp and Paper (APP). APP has been exposed many times for wrecking Indonesia's rainforests to make products such as packaging.
