Activists from four countries unfurl banners reading ‘Our Sun, Our Power. Our Future’ outside the European Conference Center, where the Energy Council takes place.
The activists are calling on European energy ministers to recognise the rights of citizens and communities to produce and share their own renewable energy, while ministers meet to discuss the ongoing negotiations with the European Parliament and Commission on the Renewable Energy Directive.
