Aftermath of Red Sludge Flood in Devecser
Six months after the tragic Red Sludge Flood at Kolontár and Devecser, the effects on the two towns and the devastation of the surrounding countryside are still clearly visible. Dozens of houses have been removed in the center of Devecser, the top soil was removed, leaving behind a still red desert. A citizen is riding his bike through the destroyed town.
