Arctic Oil Shipment Protest in Rotterdam - News Access Part 1
80 Greenpeace activists supported by the ship Rainbow Warrior peacefully protest the import of the first barrels of oil drilled in the fragile Arctic by Russian oil giant Gazprom. Late last year 28 Greenpeace activists and two freelance journalists were jailed for three months in Russia for a similar protest at the Prirazlomnaya rig, where the oil on the tanker Mikhail Ulyanov now at port in Rotterdam, was drilled.
