The banner reads (in German) "Bayer-Pestizide toeten Bienen" (Bayer Pesticides Kill Bees). In a recently published report Greenpeace lists seven dangerous pesticides that must be taken off the market. Two of those pesticides are Bayer products: Imidacloprid and Clothianidin, both belong to the group of toxic neonicotinoids.
