Beach Clean Up by the Rainbow Warrior Crew in Varna

Activities on the Rainbow Warrior in Bulgaria as part of the ”Less Plastic, More Mediterranean" Rainbow Warrior tour, during which the ship visited Spain, Italy, Croatia and Greece. A final leg is carried out in the Black Sea, Bulgaria, where Greenpeace is supporting the national “Break Free from Plastics” campaign, which is led together with Za Zemiata (FoE Bulgaria).
Includes press conference with Valentina Todorova from the Institute for Oceanology, Bulgarian Science Academy and Stefana Dimitrova from the Black sea Basin Directorate. The topic of the conference is the research carried out by the scientists on plastic pollution in the Black sea.
