Blockade Coal Harbour with Icebergs and Prime Minister look-a-like
Greenpeace and someone dressed up as Prime Minister Balkenende block the coal harbour by sitting on icebergs. This way coalships can not unload their coal. Greenpeace wants to stimulate Balkenende with this action to do everything that lies in his power to end the use of coal when he attends the Climate Conference, held in Copenhagen in December this year.

Greenpeace en iemand verkleed als Minister Balkenende blokkeren de kolenhaven door op ijsbergen te zitten. Op deze manier kunnen koolschepen hun kool niet lossen. Greenpeace wil met de actie bevorderen dat Balkenende alles op alles zet om bij het klimaatakkoord, dat in december dit jaar in Kopenhagen gesloten wordt, een eind te maken aan het gebruik van kolen.

Greenpeace blocks the harbour of Rotterdam with "icebergs" to prevent a cargo ship carrying coal from unloading. One activist is dressed up as Prime Minister Balkenende because Greenpeace wants to motivate the prime Minister to do everything he can at the Climate Conference held in Copenhagen to stop the use of coal, which is the biggest cause of climate change.
