Canadian Tar Sands Healing Walk 2014
For the fifth year, First Nations peoples, tar sands community members and environmental advocates will come together for a 20km walk through the tar sands.
The walk is a chance to see tar sands destruction first hand, but more importantly to stand in solidarity with First Nations elders and community members who are facing the worst impacts of the tar sands industry.

It’s a spiritual healing journey to focus attention on the water, land and people directly affected by the irresponsible and destructive practices taking place in Northern Alberta.
