Shoot:

Climate Action Conference COP6 in The Hague

Greenpeace protests during the international climate change summit COP6 in The Hague, where governments must decide on how to implement the 1997 Kyoto protocol to reduce global greenhouse gas emissions by 5.2% from 1990 levels. Activists unfurl banners and sound the alarm with a siren in a cage. They protest against the lack of action by governments to prevent dangerous climate change. Greenpeace calls on governments to begin the phase out of coal and other fossil fuels, and implement energy efficiency and renewable energy such as solar and wind, in order to reduce greenhouse gas pollution and prevent dangerous climate change.
