Radford joined with Michael Brune, director of the Sierra Club, in the first civil disobedience in the Sierra Club's 122-year history, as well as civil rights leader Julian Bond, 350.org co-founder Bill McKibben, NASA climate scientist James Hansen, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., actor Daryl Hannah and others. Each of the group was charged with failure to disperse and obey lawful orders, and released on $100 bond.
