Climate Campaign Rhone Glacier in Switzerland
The Rhone Glacier is a glacier in the Swiss Alps and the source of the Rhone River. It is located on the northernmost part of the canton Valais, between the Grimsel Pass and the Furka Pass.
A picture of the entrance to the glacier grotto in the 60's with view on the Rhonen Glacier. The grotto is partly protected in summer with a sheet which should prevent the glacier from melting.
