Greenpeace activists hold and display globe placards bearing messages in six different languages (Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese and Spanish) in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin. The messages read: "Clean Energy Now!” and "Power to the People!" to urge governments and businesses to adopt renewable energy as the world´s leading climate and energy experts present a new UN report showcasing the solutions to climate change.
The IPCC have published their third report: "Mitigation Climate Change" in Berlin, where more than 600 United Nations experts are discussing solutions to combat climate change.

Vor der Praesentation des Klimaberichts protestieren Greenpeace-Aktivisten fuer einen raschen Umstieg auf 100 Prozent Erneuerbare Energien. Die Umweltaktivisten demonstrieren am Brandenburger Tor mit einer Erdkugel von fuenf Metern Durchmesser und forderten „Power To The People! Clean Energy Now!“in verschiedenen Sprachen (Chinesisch, Deutsch, Englisch, Franzoesisch, Japanisch, Spanisch. Der Weltklimarat (IPCC) stellt am selben Tag in Berlin die Zusammenfassung des dritten Teils seines Berichts vor.
