Fisherfolk leaders, together with civil society organizations and marine conservation advocates sail the Fisherfolk’s Flotilla composing of 30 boats, from Pogaro- Dagupan to Talab-Dagupan river, to call for the attention of our Presidential candidates to include them in their agenda and to address persistent poverty in coastal communities and the deteriorating conditions of Philippine fishing grounds.
