Forests Indonesia Tour
Indonesian workers on a boat loaded with sawn timber off the shore of Kalimantan, near the mouth of the Seruyan River in the South East section of the Tanjung Putting National Park. The park is home to a rapidly diminishing population of orang-utans. Orang-utans are on the verge of extinction due to the destruction of their natural habitat and even in national parks in Indonesia these endangered animals are not protected from illegal logging.
