Greenpeace–Aktivisten protestieren an der Europazentrale von Hitachi-Power für ein verschaerftes Haftungsrecht bei Atomunfaellen. Die Umweltschuetzer beschriften die Fassade mit der Botschaft „Don´t let Hitachi walk away from the Fukushima disaster“ (sinngemaess: Hitachi muss Verantwortung für Fukushima übernehmen). Das Problem: Hersteller und Zulieferer von Atomkraftwerken sind, im Gegensatz zu anderen Industriesektoren, von jeglicher Haftung ausgenommen. Die Atomreaktoren von Fukushima wurden von Hitachi, Toshiba und GE gebaut.
