On 5 March, they painted a plane green on the tarmac of Roissy airport to denounce the government's greenwashing on the issue of air transport and the lack of ambition of the Climate Bill on this subject. Following this action, they were arbitrarily detained in the gaols of the Bobigny court for more than 20 hours and a whole night, after the release of a police custody of more than 24 hours. The procedure was annulled because the court found that the detention of the activists was illegal and that their rights had been blatantly violated. The court therefore refused to consider the merits of the case, considering that the case was not properly before it.
