Greenhouse at De Boerencompagnie in Belgium

Greek, Bulgarian and Slovakian farmers visit with Greenpeace the host farm De Boerencompagnie of Brecht Goussey in Heverlee, near the city of Leuven. Brecht grows vegetables which he sells through a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) scheme.

FarmErasmus is a visit programme managed by Greenpeace France in cooperation with other offices to allow farmers within the EU to spend a bit of time on a ‘host farm’ where they can study a particular aspect of ecological farming in practice. FarmErasmus is a non commercial ecological farming exchange program. It is not sponsored by the European Commission and it is not affiliated in any way to the EU Erasmus or Erasmus+ Programme.
