Scientists with monitoring equipment on the remote Kangerdlussuaq Glacier in Greenalnd to measure the rate at which the glacier is moving. Initial results would suggest a rate of flow much larger than expected and could make the glacier one of the fastest moving in the world. The Greenpeace ship MY Arctic Sunrise is on a tour of Greenland to document and support scientific work on the impacts and effects of climate change.
