Greenpeace Oceans Campaigner Phil Kline leads Greenpeace activists in whale costumes on Segway transporters to the White House, the National Press Club and the Japanese Embassy. The activists were seeking Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda who was meeting with President Bush in Washington as the Japanese whaling fleet prepared to set sail with plans to kill more than 1,000 whales in the Southern Ocean, including 50 endangered fin whales, 50 threatened humpback whales and 935 minke whales.
