Action against Pirate Fishing ship Mumrinskiy in the Netherlands
Greenpeace activists stopped the Russian flagged reefer ship 'Mumrinskiy' from offloading its cargo of suspected illegal cod, stolen from the Barents Sea in Eemshaven, the Netherlands. Activists painted "STOP PIRATE FISHING" on the side of the reefer ship and chained themselves to the crane and unloading ramp of the Mumrinskiy to block the offloading. Greenpeace demands a full inspection of the vessel and its cargo.
