Greenpeace volunteers display signs of peace. They share their peace messages with home-crafted doves for peace and signs in windows, on balconies, in front of their houses and front doors during the week before and on the day of commemorating the Second World War
Greenpeace is calling up all people in Germany to commemorate the victims of the Second World War, which ended on the 8th of May 75 years ago, to call out together for peace.

Greenpeace-Ehrenamtliche setzen anlaesslich des Gedenktages zum Ende des Zweiten Weltkrieges in Europa am 8. Mai ein Zeichen fuer Frieden. In der Woche vor dem und am Gedenktag teilen sie ihre Friedensbotschaften mit selbstgebastelten Friedenstauben und Schildern - aufgrund der durch die Corona-Pandemie eingeschraenkten Moeglichkeiten, in Fenstern, Balkonen, vor ihren Haeusern und Eingangstueren.
