The Hatsfield's Ferry facility is a coal burning power plant. It had been under investigation by the Environmental Protection Agency for violating the Clean Air Act. The investigation was dropped in 2001. Greenpeace is demanding federal investment in clean energies. The banner read "Warning The Bush Energy Plan Kills."
