IPR: Greenpeace Netherlands Releases TTIP Documents

Sylvia Borren, executive director of Greenpeace Netherlands and Faiza Oulahsen, campaign manager for Climate and Energy at Greenpeace Netherlands, look into the secret TTIP documents of negotiations between EU and US which Greenpeace obtained this weekend. These documents confirm major risks for climate, the environment and consumer safety. Greenpeace Netherlands publishes the documents on the website www.ttip-leaks.org. “We want that the negotiations will be discontinued, first we have to discuss until many questions have been answered”, says Sylvia Borren. “We call upon the negotiators to publish the latest, most complete version of the text to make it possible to discuss the issues in a democratic and open way”.
