Greenpeace photographer Dang Ngo photographs the IWC (International Whaling Commission) summit in Saint Kitts and Nevis. During the meeting Greenpeace activists from the banned Greenpeace ship, the MY Arctic Sunrise, arrived via inflatable boats at the beach in North Frigate Bay where they installed a symbolic whale tail graveyard before St. Kitts security stopped them. The demonstration was meant to highlight the number of whales killed during the last whaling season in the so-called Southern Oceans Whale Sanctuary. 10 Greenpeace activists were arrested.
