Lima, December 10th 2014: On the occasion of the UN climate summit (COP 20) in Lima, Peru, people gather on the streets of Lima for a Climate March calling for 100 % Renewables. A Greenpeace banner in German reads: ""Stop Coal! 100% Renewables."" Politicians of 194 countries attend United Nation COP 20 to negotiate the legally binding text that will become the UN COP 21 Protocol for 2015 in Paris. Greenpeace as an official observer in the UNFCCC calls the decision-makers for no longer delay in the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy systems.
