A giant Neptune in front of the Dutch parliament.
With a large fishing net full of plastic, a large wooden Neptune looks over the square of The Hague. The five and a half meter high mythical king of the sea was put down just before the debate that is being held in the House of Representatives about a deferment of the import of bottle deposit.
