Another team of Greenpeace activists place a truck on the rails in the centre of Cherbourg, which is painted with the message “La Russie N’est Pas Une Poubelle! (Russia is not a Nuclear Dumping Ground!)” Greenpeace is calling for a moratorium on the export of nuclear waste.
