Cosplayers dressed as Ocean heroes (Prince Eric, The Little Mermaid, Barnacle Boy, Mermaid Man, Aquaman and Mera) visit the Western and Central Pacific Conference 14 in Manila, Philippines. The ocean heroes are hoping that the delegates of the conference will become a hero for the ocean just like them.
