Peter Nilsson is a fourth generation organic farmer. He and his family have a dairy herd of about 80 cows and 125 hectare of grazing and farming land. Since 2002, all their farm produce is certified as organic under KRAV (the Swedish organic label). They grow potatoes, maize, broccoli, beans, lettuce, carrots, and squash.
