To call on world governments to support the IGC4 (Intergovernmental Conference on Marine Biodiversity of Areas Beyond National Jurisdiction), negotiations, held at the United Nations, for a Global Treaty and the protection of the Oceans. That 30% of global oceans are protected under a network of sanctuaries by 2030.
