Greenpeace volunteers place ‘disappearing penguin' ice sculptures in major cities around the world. To call on world governments to support the IGC4 (Intergovernmental Conference on Marine Biodiversity of Areas Beyond National Jurisdiction), negotiations, held at the United Nations, for a Global Treaty and the protection of the Oceans. That 30% of global oceans are protected under a network of sanctuaries by 2030.
