People vs Arctic Oil: Supreme Court Judgement in Oslo

Greenpeace Nordic and co-plaintiffs Nature and Youth receive the final judgement from the Supreme Court of Norway. They have taken the Norwegian government to court to contest the state's continued leasing of oil licenses, despite the climate catastrophe and the §112 clause in the Norwegian constitution which promises the right to a clean and healthy future.
