Greenpeace Croatia staff and activists delivered a petition for the plastic bag ban to the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development in Zagreb. The petition was signed by 65000 people. They also brought two meter props: a crossed out plastic bag and the number 65000 that symbolizes the number of people in Croatia that are against single-use plastic bags. The petition demands that Croatia makes a responsible decision and bans lightweight carrier plastic bags.
