Plastic Dolphin Mosaic in Crete
Just a few miles away from the Knossos palace in Crete where the original ancient dolphins’ fresco is, Greenpeace volunteers created a massive mosaic using 10.000 single use plastic coffee cups, as many as Greeks consume every 15’. The mosaic aims to highlight the major threat our oceans are facing due to extensive plastic pollution.

Plastic Dolphin Mosaic in Crete
Just a few miles away from the Knossos palace in Crete where the original ancient dolphins’ fresco is, Greenpeace volunteers and friends created a massive mosaic using 10.000 single use plastic coffee cups, as many as Greeks consume every 15’. The mosaic aims to highlight the major threat our oceans are facing due to extensive plastic pollution. The only heritage the modern civilization will leave behind are the plastics we consume.
